New Hire
The New Hire training course offers new employees an introduction to all Google Workspace apps. This initial orientation in the Google world gives them a solid basis for using the tools and helps them to quickly familiarize themselves with them.
We recommend holding the two-hour training course once a month to give new employees the best possible start. The focus of the training is on initial orientation within the Google Workspace apps, searching and finding information in Mail or Drive, as well as self-organization and structuring the digital workplace. Participants learn how to work effectively and productively within Google Workspace and how to collaborate with others. Overall, the training provides new employees with a solid foundation for getting started with Google Workspace and helps them to quickly find their way around the new working environment and get their work done efficiently.
End User I: Mail, Calendar, Contacts, Meet & Chat
The End User I training is the perfect choice for users with prior knowledge of Google Workspace who want to improve their skills in using communication, planning and collaboration tools to work more efficiently and effectively.
During the 2.5-hour training course, participants are introduced to the secrets of secure and effective use of mail, calendar, contacts, meet and chat. They will receive an introduction to email traffic, including tips and tricks for the structure, settings and personalization options as well as for organizing and structuring emails using searches, labels, tags and filters. In addition, participants are introduced to the finer points of scheduling and following up on appointments and learn how to use different appointment types, such as focus times, effectively. The use of contacts and chat will also be covered and settings and personalization options for these tools will be introduced. In addition, collaborative working through the use of Meet, including screen sharing, participation information and participation options, will be discussed. Overall, participants can expect an interactive and practice-oriented training course that will improve their skills in using these modern tools and help to optimize their work processes.
End User II: Drive including all file types
In the End User II training, users with previous knowledge deepen their skills in using Google Workspace, especially Google Drive as a data storage and collaborative work tool.
Participants will learn about the general structure and personalization options of Google Drive and how to manage shares, collaborate and use shared folders. They will also learn how to edit and design documents, spreadsheets and presentations and how to use templates. This training provides participants with the knowledge and skills to use documents, tables and presentations safely and effectively.
Best practice
Optimize your workflows in Google Workspace with our best practices - in just one hour!
In just one hour, tips and tricks for using the most important tools are taught and important learnings from previous training courses are repeated. The training gives examples of all Google Workspace apps and is happy to respond to examples and questions from participants.
Virtual Open Office Hours
Virtual Open Office Hours offer an interactive Q&A session for Google Workspace users to clarify open questions and challenges in their day-to-day work and find solutions using practical examples.

Train the Trainer
Our train-the-trainer concept offers Google managers in-depth knowledge in training planning and implementation as well as content know-how on Google Workspace in just one day. After a Train the Trainer course, participants are able to independently plan and conduct training courses on Google Workspace in a target group-oriented manner.
The Train the Trainer training concept for Google managers includes a two-hour workshop on the topics of training planning and implementation. There is also the option of booking the two in-depth training courses (see above in the training offer for more information) in order to acquire the complete training knowledge yourself. This can take place as a block in a one-day workshop or split into a workshop and in-depth training, on site or digitally.
Security & Logs in Google Workspace
This training is aimed at Google Workspace administrators who are interested in the in-depth use of DLP, CAA & Logs.
In two hours, in-depth use of DLP, CAA & logs is taught.
Workspace Admin
The training concept for Google Workspace Admin is aimed at Enterprise Plus administrators and includes a two-hour training course on the safe use of Google Admin tools.
The content for the training is adapted to the individual needs of the target group and includes topics such as managing organization and user accounts, device settings, security and domain settings, as well as reporting, audit logs, billing and Google Vault.
Cloud Foundations
This course introduces and compares many of Google Cloud's compute and storage services as well as key resource and policy management tools. Furthermore, the most important concepts and terminology for working with the Google Cloud are shown.
GCP Onboarding
In this training course, the basics of the Google Cloud are explained and the basis for structured and secure use in a company is discussed in a workshop. This serves as the basis for setting up the so-called "Landing Zone", which can be done afterwards.

GCP solution deep dive
The aim of this training course is to give architects an overview of the GCP services and options, to understand the connections between them and to offer basic hands-on training in GCP.
